The study also aimed at identifying the techniques employed in the series of "The Land of the Black", (Ard Alsumur) documentary film. The study adopted the descriptive method to give an accurate presentation for documentary films and their modern techniques. The researcher analyzed the subject matter included in some of the Land of the Black documentary film series, with special focus on the modern techniques employment. The study has come to the conclusion that the documentary film is designed to present various knowledge and thoughts, to influence the targeted group. It was found that "The Land of the Black" series has applied modern techniques, like including %33.4 of far away photos in the scenes of the films. Such photos use the drone plane, beside various photoģraphic angles and the camera movement need crane stedicam, track and pedestal. The study recommends the application of modern techniques in producing documentary Sudanese films. It is necessary to cope with the quick unlimited techniques in the field. Mucins are complex carbohydrates secreted by different types of epithelial cells and glandular tissues of many organs. . Pathological expression of mucins has been implicated in cancer development and progression. The diagnosis of adenocarcinomas based on morphological appearance under the light microscope. Mucin demonstration can play a role in distinction between adenocarcinomas and further in identification of poorly differentiated cancers. Materials and methods: This is hospital based descriptive cross sectional study, Sections were obtained from archival paraffin blocks which included randomly selected 60 cases of adenocarcinomas and poorly differentiated cancers, and used sections were stained for combined Alcian blue — PAS to study the mucin expression . Used master cheat in data collection and SPSS in data analysis . Results: The commonest age group was ranged from 61-80 years old . 70% of cases were females, mucin was present in 90% of study samples. Mixed types of mucins were the most common type(55%) followed by neutral mucin(35%), all samples free from acidic type alone. The researcher followed the descriptive approach, both correlational and comparative, and used a questionnaire documenting teachers’ opinions prepared by the researcher. The sample size was )80( male and female teachers who were selected in a simple random way, and the data was analyzed using statistical packages for the social sciences )SPSS).) Abstract This study is presented to fulfill the requirements of master degree in management at Shendi University. The title of the study is “The role of the Human Resources in Making Organizational Change, Shendi University as case study”. The study problem is to determine the role of the human resources in making organizational change. The study aimed at identifying the effect of the human resources in making organizational change and the impact of the managerial leadership in making the required change. The study hypothesized a relationship of statistical significance between manpower planning and the efficiency of the organizational change, beside a relationship of statistical significance between the process of selectin and appointment and the organizational change programs. The study adopted the descriptive and analytical methods and the statistical method by using SPSS and interviews to collect the study data.
