أثر جامعة شندي في التغير الإجتماعي للمجتمع المحلي (إتجاهات الرأي في المنطقة)

Abstract

مستخلص البحث يتناول هذا البحث (أثر جامعة شندي في التغير الإجتماعي للمجتمع المحلي) ويحاول معرفة إتجاهات الرأي بالمنطقة في هذا الموضوع وما ترتب عليه في أثار سواء كانت إجتماعية أو إقتصادية أو ثقافية ، وذلك من خلال ست فصول تغطي جميع جوانب البحث. وتنبع أهميته من أن جامعة شندي مؤسسة جديدة على المجتمع لا سيما وأن هذه المنطقة تعتبر في عداد المناطق الريفية ، وأن أوضاعاً جديدة طرأت عليها بتأثير الجامعة. وقد هدف البحث إلى معرفة الإتجاهات نحو حجم التأثير الإجتماعي الذي أحدثته جامعة شندي في خلال هذه الفترة سواء كان سالباً أو موجباً ، وذلك لتعزيز الجوانب الإيجابية ومحاولة معالجة الجوانب السالبة. وصاغ الباحث عدة فروض أهمها: • هنالك علاقة بين بعض التغيرات التي طرأت على المجتمع المحلي بمدينة شندي في المجال الإجتماعي والثقافي وبين قيام الجامعة. • توجد علاقة بين هذه التغيرات وبين التأثير المباشر على بعض الظواهر الاجتماعية • توجد علاقة بين الزيادة السكانية التي أحدثتها الجامعة وبين ضعف الخدمات في المرافق العامة • هنالك علاقة بين التغيير الإقتصادي الذي أحدثه قيام الجامعة وبين والحراك الإجتماعي الذي حدث في المجتمع. وقد إستخدم الباحث منهج المسح الوصفي ومنهج دراسة الحالة مستفيداً من كل وسائل جمع البيانات من ملاحظة ومقابلة وإستبيان وسجلات إحصائية. وقد قام الباحث بإختيار عينة من المواطنين مكونة من قطاعات مختلفة تمثل العامة والخبراء و أصحاب الحرف والمهن والأعمال الحرة والتجار والموظفين وقد إشتمل البحث على إطار نظري ، تناول أساسيات العمليات الإجتماعية والتغير الاجتماعي ومفهومه وعوامله وعوائقه ومعاييره وكيفية قياسه ، وقد إستعان الباحث بعدد من المصادر والمراجع العربية والأجنبية والدوريات والمصادر الأخرى في وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي وجامعة شندي ووحدة مدينة شندي ولإدارة الرعاية الإجتماعية. وقد قام بتتبع تطور التعليم بمنطقة شندي حتى قيام الجامعة ودورها وإسهاماتها. كما تناول بالوصف موقع منطقة شندي وتكوين المجتمع فيها وأهم الملامح الإجتماعية. وقد تمت إجراءات الدراسة بتصميم إستبيان تم توزيعه بعد تحكيمه على عينة مكونة من ستمائة شخص . وبعد جمعه وتفريغه وجدولته إستخدم الباحث الأساليب الإحصائية لتحديد مستوى المعنوية للتحقق من صحة الفروض وذلك بإستخدام مربع كاي ، وتم ربط هذه النتائج مع نتائج المقابلة التي أجريت على عينة من الخبراء مكونة من ستة عشرشخصاً وكانت أهم النتائج هي: 1- أهمية الجامعة لمجتمع شندي وضرورة وجودها وذلك للنهوض بالمجتمع 2- وجود علاقة قوية تربط أفراد المجتمع بالجامعة وبرامجها. 3- أن هنالك تغيراً واضحاً في المجال الإقتصادي كزيادة الدخل وتحسين المستوى المعيشي وتوفير فرص العمالة والتغير الواضح في خارطة السوق وإنتعاشة وظهور مستثمرين جدد. 4- تغيرت نظرة المجتمع للتعليم نحو الأفضل وخاصة تعليم البنات وإنضمام عدد كبير من المواطنين وإلتحاقهم بالتعليم الجامعي. وقد أوصى الباحث بعدة توصيات من شأنها أن تساهم في هذا التغيرأهمها :  أن تعمل الجامعة والمؤسسات الإجتماعية والتربوية في المجتمع على ترسيخ العادات والتقاليد الأصيلة المرتبطة بالقيم وتعزيزها.  الإهتمام بالمرأة وتوعيتها وإبراز دورها في عملية التنشئة الإجتماعية ومن ثم التغير الاجتماعي. Abstract

This research deals with the influence of university of Shendi in the alteration of the local community of Shendi. And it tries to find out the attitudes and views in the area about this topic and what its impacts whether they are social, economic, cultural, and this through six chapters that cover all the sides of the study. The importance of this research arises from the fact that, this University of Shendi is a new corporation in the society in addition to that, this area is considered a rural area, and there are newly positions that takes place because of this University. The aim of the research is to know the attitudes towards the level of the social change in the society that occurs according to the effect of University of Shendi during this period, whether this change is negative or positive, and this for supporting the positive phases and trying for the solution of the negative ones. The researcher adopts some hypothesis, the important of which are: 1. There is relationship between the changes that dominate the local society in Shendi town, and the establishment of the University in Shendi. 2. There is a statistic relation indicating this change and the direct effect on some social phenomenon 3. There is a relation of statistic indicator between the existence of the University in Shendi, and the flourishing of its economic. 4. There is a relation between the change in economic and the social movement. The researcher use the descriptive surveying method in addition to the method of the case study. Moreover the researcher makes use of all the method of collecting data, as of observation, interviewing, questionnaires, and statistic records. The researcher chooses species of some citizens from different sectors, that represents the public, the experts, the professional of different jobs, the traders and the employees in offices. The research includes a theoretical frame that contains the bases of the social operations and the social change and its concepts, what stands against it, its standards, and how it is to be measured. The researcher makes use of different Arabic and foreign references, in addition to some periodicals and other resources of the ministry of higher education and scientific research, and University of Shendi, Shendi Unity, and the social care. The study traces the development of education in this area until the establishment of the University, and its role and contributions. The research talks descriptively about the location of Shendi, the community of Shendi, and the most important social features. The questionnaire is designed for speciment consists of six hundred persons. The researcher uses the statistic methods to analyze the questionnaire after collecting the data so as to indicate the level of the quality and to be assured of the hypothesis, and this takes place by using (KAN square). This result is compares with that of the interviews with experts of sixteen of them. And the important results are: 1. The importance of the existing of this University for the society in Shendi as it develop the society. 2. There is a strong correlation between the society and the university and its programs. 3. There is a clear change in the economic domain as of the increasing of the income, the improvement of the standard of living, jobs opportunities, the change of the plan of the market and the new investment that takes place. 4. The notion of the society is changed in the area of education, specially the education of girls, and there are also a large numbers of the citizens who joined the university, those of ages. The researcher recommends the following that participate in this change: a. The university and the social institutions should encourage what fix the original customs and traditions that represents the values b. The care of the woman and her learning and her role in bringing up socially and so the social change.
