أثر إدارة الوقت في الكفاءة الإنتاجية دراسة ميدانية بالتطبيق علي مشروع أبومصعب للإنتاج الزراعي (محلية شندي في الفترة من 2011م – 2017م

Abstract

المستخلص هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة أثر إدارة الوقت في الكفاءة الإنتاجية وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في ماهية العوامل المؤثرة في تطبيق إدارة الوقت والمعوقات التي تؤدى الى ضياعه وعدم استخدامه الاستخدام الامثل في تحسين مستوى الانتاجية وتكمن أهمية الدراسة في أهمية الوقت كمورد نادر ويجب التعامل معه وإدارته بصورة جيدة وفعالة ومن اهداف الدراسة التعرف على مفهوم الوقت وإدارته والتعرف على مضيعاته ومعرفة الكفاءة الانتاجية ودراسة العلاقة بين واقع إدارة الوقع برفع مستوى الكفاءة الانتاجية وبنيت الدراسة علي فرضيات منها توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إدارة الوقت والكفاءة الإنتاجية ، يؤثر تنظيم الوقت في زيادة الإنتاجية ، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مضيعات الوقت والكفاءة الإنتاجية ، واعتمدت الدراسة على أسلوب المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة وتم باستخدام المعلومات التي يتم الحصول عليها من المراجع والدوريات والبحوث السابقة ذات صلة بالموضوع الى جانب المعلومات الاولية التي تم جمعها عن طريق المقابلة الشخصية ومستندات مشروع أبو مصعب للإنتاج الزراعي ،وتم اختيار عينة قوامها ستين فرداً من العاملين بمشروع أبو مصعب للإنتاج الزراعي وقد توصلت الدراسة الي عدة نتائج أهمها ان تخطيط الوقت يؤثر إيجاباً على الكفاءة الإنتاجية ، ان الوقت مورد مهم ويجب إستثماره لزيادة الإنتاجية ، ان العاملون يلتزمون بالقوانين الخاصة بتنظيم الوقت داخل المؤسسة ، وقد أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات أهمها لابد من ان تكون أهداف المؤسسة مرتبطة بفترة زمنية محددة لكي تساعد في زيادة الإنتاجية ، ضرورة تقسيم وقت العامل الي جدول أعمال دوري ، ضرورة تخصيص وقت إضافي يساعد في تدارك الطوارئ التي قد تحدث أثناء التنفيذ .12 Abstract The study aimed to know the effect of time management on productive efficiency. The study problem was concerned with the factors that affect the application of time management and the obstacles that lead to its loss and not use it in the best way to improve the level of productivity and the importance of study in the importance of time as a scarce resource. Objectives of the study To identify the concept of time and management and identify the subjects and knowledge of production efficiency and study the relationship between the reality of the management of the impact of raising the level of production efficiency and built the study on hypotheses, including a relationship of statistical significance between time management and efficiency Productivity, time management affects productivity increase. There is a statistically significant relation between time wasting and productivity efficiency. The study was based on analytical descriptive method and case study methodology, using information obtained from references, periodicals, previous research relevant to the subject, Which was collected through the personal interview and the documents of Abu Musab project for agricultural production. A sample of 60 employees of the Abu Musab Project for Agricultural Production was selected. The study reached several results, the most important of which is that time planning positively affects the Productivity, time is an important resource and must be invested to increase productivity. Employees adhere to the laws governing time within the institution. The study recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which is that the objectives of the institution must be related to a specific period of time to help increase productivity.
