dc.description.abstract | This study dealt with psychological and educational problems for people with special needs and their relation to the achievement of the study in the local locality. The objective of the researcher was to identify the needs of these students and the problems facing them and limit their academic achievement. The researcher relied on a theoretical framework using the descriptive approach as a data collection tool. The researcher analyzed the questionnaire and reached the results of the most important need for the educational process for those with special needs of the local Almatama comprehensive reform in all aspects. After that, the researcher made recommendations, most important of which is the establishment of a specialized school in Almatama district, which includes all the branches of disability, and all educational needs are available.
