المشكلات السلوكية التي تواجه الإدارة المدرسية بمدارس الأساس بريفي جنوب شندي

Abstract

مستخلص الدراسة تناولت الدراسة الحالية المشكلات السلوكية التي تواجه مدير مدرسة الأساس وتعوق عمله ، حيث هدفت الدراسة إلي التعرف علي المشكلات السلوكية وموقف الإدارة التعليمية من هذه المشكلات ، ومعرفة إذا كان هناك فروقا" بين المؤهلين وأصحاب الخبرة من غيرهم ، ومعرفة إذا كان للجنس (ذكر / أنثي ) اثر في حل المشكلات ، والخروج ببعض النتائج وتقديم التوصيات التي يمكن أن تساهم في حل المشكلات مما ينعكس بصورة ايجابية علي الإدارة وتحصيل التلاميذ بمرحلة الأساس ، استخدمت أداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة ، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (50) فردا" من مديري ومعلمي مدارس الأساس بوحدة ريفي جنوب شندي وتلخصت النتائج في الأتي: أن هناك العديد من المشكلات السلوكية التي تواجه الإدارة منها مايكون بين التلاميذ ، أو التلاميذ والمعلمين ، وتنوع سلوكيات المعلمين وغيره، وجود قصور من إدارة التعليم تجاه بعض المشكلات، ان للمدير المدرب دور كبير في خفض المشكلات. ومن أهم التوصيات: إعداد مديري مدرسة الأساس علميا وتربويا من خلال حضور دورات تدريبية وتجديدية حول فن الإدارة والإشراف وأيضا الاهتمام بالأبحاث العلمية التربوية، ان تعمل الإدارة المدرسية علي ربط المدرسة بالمجتمع المحلي والمنزل من خلال التأكيد علي إعادة بناء النظام الاجتماعي علي أساس من التخطيط .

Abstract The study examined the behavioral problems facing the principal of the basic school and hindered his work. The study aimed to identify the behavioral problems and the educational management po alified and the experienced people. If the gender is male or female, To solve the problems, and come out with some results and make recommendations that can contribute to solving problems, which reflected positively on the management and the collection of students at the basic stage. The questionnaire was used to collect data from the sample of the study. The study sample consisted of (50) individuals from principals and teachers of the basic schools in rural unit south of Shendi for 2017-2018. The results were summarized as follows: There are many behavioral problems facing the administration, including what is between students, or students and teachers, and the diversity of the behavior of teachers and others, the existence of deficiencies of the Department of Education towards some problems, The coach has a great role in reducing problems. The most important recommendations are: Prepare the principals of the school base scientifically and educationally by attending training and refresher courses on the art of management and supervision, as well as interest in educational scientific research, The school administration to connect the school with the community and the home.
