دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في تخفيف حدة الفقر بالتطبيق على منظمتي ( الاحسان والايفاد الخيريتين ) بمحـــــلية شـــــــــــــندى

Abstract

مستخلص البحث • تناول البحث موضوع دور المنظمات الطوعية في تخفيف حدة الفقر بمحلية شندي , موضحاً مفاهيم ( الفقر – التطوع – المنظمات الطوعية ). ركز البحث بصورة واضحة على دور منظمتي الايفاد و والاحسان في تخفيف حدة الفقربمحلية شندي. وتلخصت مشكلة البحث في محدودية المنظمات الفاعلة والعاملة في مجال الخدمات . وهدف البحث الى توضيح دور المنظمات الطوعية في تخفيف حدة الفقر ثم التعرف على الاسباب الموضوعية التي تساعد في تفاقم مشكلة الفقر . افترض البحث عدة فروض اهمها زيادة عدد المنظمات العاملة في مجال الخدمات تخفف من حدة الفقر , وان اهتمام المنظمة بمجال المرأة أدى الى تمكينها وعزز مكانتها الاجتماعية . استخدم البحث المنهج التحليلي الوصفي مستعيناً بالاستبيان كوسيلة لجمع البيانات وقد توصل الى عدد من النتائج بعد تحليل البيانات المتوفرة اهمها مساهمة المنظمة في تعزيز الصحة الوقائية بتوفير مياه الشرب النقية اضافة لمساهمة المنظمة في تخفيف حدة الفقر من خلال تمليك الاسر مشاريع انتاجية وتزويد بعض الاسر بمعدات زراعية وتقاوي . • قدم البحث العديد من التوصيات اهمها العمل على استقطاب المنظمات الطوعية العاملة في مجال الخدمات ومناهضة الفقر .ايضاً التركيز على قطاعي الزراعة والصناعة والعمل على زيادة الانتاجية , ثم العمل على تجميع السكان لبعض القرى التي بها تشتت للسكان حتى يمكن توفير الخدمات الصحية والتعليمية.

Abstract This study dealt with the role of voluntary organaizations in alleviating poverty in Shendi localty and explaining the concept of poverty , volunteering and voluntary organaizations . The research specifically focused on Alifad and Alihsan charitable oorganaizations in alleviating poverty in Shendi locality . The problem of the search took into consideration the few active organaizations that offer services . It aimed alsonat showing the role of charitable organizations in alleviating poverty and arriving at the objective causes that lead to the increase of the problem . Anumberof hypo these was adopted by the researcher , among the most important of which are ; increasing the number of organizations wrrking in offering services would alleviate poverty , move organizations concern with woman would reinforce her social status . The research followed the descriptive analytic method and used questionnaire as atool for data collection . After analysing data , the study came out with anumber of results , the most important of which are as follows ; the contribution of organizations in reinforcing preventive health by providing clean drinking water , making families possess productive sprojects and providingsome of them with agricultural equipments and needs . The researcher suggested anumber of recommendations the most important of which are; attracting charitable organizations that work in field of services and alleviating poverty , concentrating on agricultural and industril sectors and encouraging the increase of production finally , collecting and gathering people who live in small groups and in far and scattered villages so as to help in facilitating the process of offering health and educational service and the like .
