المعوقات التي تواجه المعلمي الرحل بمحلية شندي

يهدف هذا البحث إلي الوقوف على المعوقات التي تواجه معلمي الرحل بمحلية شندي ومعايشة ظروفهم وأوضاعهم في مناطق الرحل بالمحلية. إتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأجرى الدراسة الميدانية على المجتمع من المعلمين البالغ عددهم(26) معلماً من مدارس الرحل . إستخدم الباحث أداة الاستبانة لجمع المعلومات والبيانات من المعلمين لمعرفة المعوقات التي تواجههم. إستخدم الباحث العمليات الإحصائية لإيجاد معامل الارتباط وقياس صدق وثبات الاستبانة وكا2 والنسبة المئوية لتحليل البيانات ومناقشتها واستخلاص النتائج ومن أهم النتائج أكدت الدراسة : 1. يجب مضاعفة عدد المعلمين في المدرسة الواحدة للرحل تخفيفاً للعبء على المعلم الواحد.حتى يتثنى لهم القيام بالأعباء الأكاديمية والإدارية وللمزيد من التحصيل الأكاديمي وتجويد العملية التربوية. 2. تعيين المعلمين لمدارس الرحل يجب أن يكون من أبناء الرحل أنفسهم حتى يستطيع المعلم أن يتجاوب معهم وأن يتم إقناعهم بأهمية التعليم. 3. توفير معينات لمعلم الرحل تساعده على الاستقرار ولكي يؤدي دوره التربوي كاملاً. 4. تضمين برامج لكليات التربية مقررات تهتم بمعلم الرحل. 5. تشجيع معلمي الرحل برفع رواتبهم واستقطاب الدعم المادي لهم من المجتمعات المحلية التي يخدمونها.

Abstract This study aims at tracing the obstacles that are facing the teachers of the nomads in Shendi municipality, to show their situations and circumstances in the area of the nomads. The researcher adopts the descriptive analytic method. The field study is done on the teachers community of 26 teachers of the teachers of the nomads schools. The researcher uses the questionnaire to collect the data from the teachers to know what hinders that face them. The researcher uses the stoical processes to achieve the correlative factor and to measure how a curate and stable is the questionnaire and to know the percentage of the data analysis and then to discuss them to so as to come out with the results. Of the important of the results are: 1- The number of the teachers in a school of the nomads should be multiplied in order to carry out the academic. And administrative deeds easily and to create more academic achievement and to achieve good educational quality. 2- The attainted teachers of the nomads should be from the nomads themselves the matter that facilitate the communication between them and that will help in convincing them with the importance of education. 3- Supplying the teacher of the nomads with aids that help him to settle and carry out his educational role properly. 4- There should be programs in the educational faculties that concern the teachers of the nomads. 5- Encouraging salaries and to find financial sources for them from the local communities that they serve.
