مقترح لتطوير العملية التعليمية بالمعاهد العسكرية السودانية بإستخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم (دراسة ميدانية بالمعاهد العسكرية بولاية الخرطوم

Abstract

المستخلص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف علي واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم في العملية التعليمية بالمعاهد العسكرية والوقوف على المشكلات والمعوقات التي تعترض استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم بالمعاهد العسكرية ومن ثم تقديم مقترح لاستخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم لتطوير العملية التعليمية بالمعاهد العسكرية بالسودان. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام أداتي الاستبانة لجمع البيانات من أفراد مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عددهم 072معلم وبلغ حجم العينة 022معلم والمقابلة الشخصية لعشرة من مديري المعاهد العسكرية البالغ عددهم 07للتعرف على وجهة نظرهم حول واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم بالمعاهد العسكرية والمعوقات التي تعترض استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم لتطوير العملية التعليمية بالمعاهد ، وتمت المعالجة الإحصائية وتحليلها بواسطة الحاسوب علي برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للدراسات الاجتماعية والتربوية ). (SPSS وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها أن المعاهد العسكرية بالسودان تفتقر إلى التقنيات الحديثة ولم تستفد المناهج من تكنولوجيا التعليم ولم تخضع للتطورات ولا يوجد تأهيل لمعلمي المعاهد العسكرية في مجال تكنولوجيا التعليم ولا توجد أقسام لتكنولوجيا التعليم بالمعاهد العسكرية ، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى توصيات أهمها ضرورة توفير التقنيات التعليمية الحديثة بالمعاهد العسكرية والاستفادة من مفاهيم التكنولوجيا في تصميم المناهج وضرورة تأهيل معلمي المعاهد العسكرية في مجال تكنولوجيا التعليم وإنشاء أقسام لتكنولوجيا التعليم ومتابعة المستحدثات في مجال تكنولوجيا التعليم .‌و Abstract This study aims to recognize the current use of technology in the educational process Educational of military institutes and stand on the problems and obstacles that hinder the use of technology in military institutes, and then suggest a proposal for the use of Educational technology for the development of the educational process in Sudan's military institutes. The Researcher followed the descriptive and analytical approache, by using two major tools, questionnaire to collect data from teaching community with a random sample of 011 teachers, and personal interview with 01 directors from the major military institutes, to know their opinions about the current use and obstacles that have been constraining the development of military institutes in using educational technology, data were analyzed and processed under ( SPSS ) program. The most important results of the study was, the lack of educational technologies, in curriculums itself aren't were technology within it, instructors and teachers are not qualified enough in the field of Educational technology and there is no departments to teach educational technology inside military institutes. And the most important recommendations of the study were, the necessity of supplying military institutes with modern teaching technologies, taking advantage of the technological concepts in designing curriculums, the necessity of qualifying instructors in field of educational technology, and technological departments should be established inside military institutes, in addition to continuous updating of technologies that will be used.
