مدى فاعلية استخدام معاييـر الجــودة الشاملــة في المناهـــج ومخرجاتها (دراسة حاله على كليتي التربية جامعة وادي النيل وجامعة شندي)

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت هذه الدراسة دور تطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة على مناهج كليات التربية بجامعة وادي النيل وجامعة شندي. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الجودة الشاملة وفوائدها ومجالاتها والمنظور الإسلامي لها، والتعرف على المناهج وعناصرها، والعوامل التي تؤثر في بناء المناهج وتطويرها والنظرة المستقبلية للمناهج والتعرف على مدى تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في كليات التربية بجامعة وادي النيل وجامعة شندي والتعرف على المشروع المقترح الذي يساهم في زيادة فاعلية تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في كليات التربية الحالية، وكانت فروض البحث: - مناهج كليات التربية الحالية لا تراعي النمو المتكامل للطلاب (النفسي، العقلي، الجسدي)، وأن لأعضاء هيئة التدريس ملاحظات حول المناهج المقدمة لكليات التربية، وأن المناهج التي تقدم في كليات التربية لا تؤهل خريجين بمواصفات سوق العمل، وأن عدم استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس لتكنولوجيا التعليم يعوق من تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في المناهج، وأن تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة على مناهج كليات التربية يؤثر إيجابياً على تلبية احتياجات المجتمع. منهج البحث المستخدم هو المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأدوات البحث كانت الاستبانة ومجتمع الدراسة كان كلية التربية جامعة وادي النيل وجامعة شندي وعينة الدراسة عينة عشوائية قصدية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس لكليتي التربية جامعة وادي النيل وجامعة شندي من مختلف الأعمار والتخصصات وحدود البحث الزمنية من (2016-2019م) والمكانية جامعة وادي النيل وجامعة شندي بولاية نهر النيل. أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أنه لا يوجد بكليات التربية قسم خاص لتكنولوجيا التعليم وأن وحدة الجودة الشاملة في كليتي التربية غير مفعلة وعدم مراعاة مناهج التربية للنمو المتكامل للطلاب وإذا تم تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في الكليات يؤثر إيجابياً في تطوير المجتمع المحلي.

Abstract This study covered the role of implementing the Standards of Total Quality Management to Curricula in Faculty of Education -Nile Valley University and Shandi University ,the target of the study to identify Total Quality Management and its Benefits , Fields and the Islamic view of it , and knowing the Curricula and its Elements and the factors that effecting building and developing the Curriculum and future perspective of it ,and knowing to what degree the Standards of Total Quality Management being applied in Faculty of Education -Nile Valley University and Shandi University, and get to know the proposed projects to increase the effectiveness of Total Quality Management in Nile Valley University and Shandi University , and Research hypotheses was: Faculty of Education Curricula not taking into consideration the Integrated Growth psychologically, mentally and physically of the Students, and Faculty members got some remarks concerning about the curriculum submitted to the Faculty of Education and those Curricula do not give the crucial qualifications to meet the standards of the labor market and Faculty members are not using Educational Technology and that is blocking the implementation of Total Quality Management Standards to the Curricula ,and implementing Total Quality Management Standards affect positively on meeting the needs of the Society . The search methodology used in this research is Descriptive analytical method and Questionnaire as the research tool and Study Society was Faculty of Education -Nile Valley University and Shandi University and the research Sample is a random sample of Faculty members from the Faculty of Education Nile Valley University and Shandi University from different age group and different Specializations and Limits of temporal of the research from (2016 -2018) and Spatial search limits Nile Valley University and Shandi University. The main findings of the researcher that there is no Educational Technology Department in the Faculty of Education and Total Quality Management Department is deactivated and there is no consideration in the Curricula to Integrated Growth of the Students and if Total Quality Management Standards implemented then it will positively affect the development of the local Society in River Nile State.
