اثر تغيرات سعر الصرف عمى مؤشرات الاقتصاد السوداني دراسـة تطبيقيـة في الفترة من (1980-2015م)

Abstract

المستهخلص تناولت ىذه الدراسة أثر تغير سعر الصرف على مؤشرات الاقتصاد الكمي في السودان خلال الفترة (1981م – 5115م) ، وتمثمت مشكمة الدراسة في أن تغيرات سعر الصرف في السودان ليا أثر على مؤشرات الاقتصاد الكلي السوداني ؛ وقد يؤدي ذلك إلى ضعف وتذبذب القوة الشرائية مما يؤثر علي القيمة الفعلية للعملة الوطنية ومؤشرات الاقتصاد السوداني ، وعلي رؤوس الأموال المحمية والأجنبية . وىدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة تغيرات سعر الصرف في السودان ومكوناته وأنواعه وبيان العلاقات والدلالات الإحصائية بين التغيرات في سعر الصرف ومؤشرات الاقتصاد الكلي ، وتوضيح أثر تغيرات أسعار الصرف على الاقتصاد السوداني خلال فترة الدراسة . اتبعت الدراسة المنيج الوصفي التحليلي لجمع البيانات وجدولتيا وتحليليا ، إضافة لتحميل البيانات والمعلومات باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية ( )Eviews-9.5في تحميل واختبار فرضيات الدراسة . توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهميا : - وجود علاقة عكسية بين سعر الصرف والناتج المحمى الإجمالي في السودان . - هناك علاقة عكسية بين سعر الصرف ومعدل التضخم في السودان وهذا عكس ما افترضت النظرية الاقتصادية . - وجود علاقة طردية بين سعر الصرف وعرض النقود في السودان ووجود علاقة عكسية بين سعر الصرف وميزان المدفوعات السوداني. على ضوء نتائج الدراسة تمت صياغة عدة توصيات أهميا : - تبني سياسات واضحة لسعر صرف الجنيو السوداني بغرض استقراره . - مراجعة السياسات الاقتصادية الكمية فيما يتعمق بمؤشرات الاقتصاد الكلي . - محاولة معالجة الخمل في ميزان المدفوعات السوداني .‌ه ABSTRACT This study dealt with the impact of the change in exchange rate upon macroeconomic variables of the Sudanese economy during the period (1980 - 2015). The problem of the study has been manifested in changes in exchange rate in Sudan which have an impact on macroeconomic variables of the Sudanese economy. That may lead to weakness and fluctuations of purchasing power which in turn affects the real value of the national currency and the Sudanese macroeconomic variables and the local and foreign capitals . The objective of the study are - To know the changes in exchange rate in the Sudan, its components and types. - To explain the statistical relations and correlations among changes in exchange rate and macroeconomic variables. - To depict the impact of changes of exchange rate on Sudanese economy during the period of the study. The study adopted the descriptive analytical research methodology to collect, tabulate and analyze data . the analysis and processing of data was done by using the statistical package (Eviews-9.5) to analyze and test hypotheses of the study. The study attained many results, such as: - There was an inverse relation between the exchange rate and the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Sudan. - There was an inverse relation between the exchange rate and inflation rate in Sudan. This is against what is the economic theory postulated. Also, there was a proportional relation between the exchange rate and money supply in the Sudan - There was an inverse relation between the exchange rate and the Sudanese balance of payments.‌و In the light of the results of the study, many recommendations were formulated, the most important of them were: - Adoption of clear policies of exchange rate of the Sudanese pound with the aim of settled exchange rate. - Revising macroeconomic policies regarding the macroeconomic variables. - Rectifying the imbalance of balance of payments
