الآثــــــار الاجتمـــاعية والاقتصـــــــــادية لمرض الايدز على المرأة السودانية المصابة دراسة حالة:(مركز الارشاد النفسي والفحص الطوعى لمستشفى أم درمان التعليمي)

Abstract

مستخلص الدراسة تناول البحث الآثار الإجتماعية والإقتصادية لمرض الإيدز على المرأة السودانية المصابة، وسعى البحث للإجابة عن السؤال الذي يمثل مشكلة الدراسة. ما هى الآثار الإجتماعية والإقتصادية لمرض الإيدز على المرأة السودانية المصابة ؟ ونبعت أهمية البحث من تناولها وإفصاحها عن القضايا المتعلقة بالفئات المستهدفة. وهدف البحث إلى التعرف على آثار مرض الإيدز على علاقه النساء المصابات بالمرض مع أزواجهن ومعرفة آثار المرض على اسرة ومجتمع المصابات وكذلك الآثار الإقتصاديه على النساء المصايات وأسرهن ومجتمعاتهن وعلى ميزانية الدولة وضعت الدراسة التساؤلات الآتية:- ـ هل يؤثر مرض الإيدز على العلاقه الإجتماعيه بين النساء المصابات وأسرهن ومجتمعاتهن. ـ هل إصابة النساء بمرض الإيدز تؤثر إقتصاديآ على أسرة المصابه وبالتالي على ميزانية الدوله. إتبعت الباحثه المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالإضافة الي منهج دراسة الحاله المتمثل في (مركز الفحص الطوعي الإرشاد النفسي بمستشفى أمدرمان التعليمي). وتم أخذ العينة المقصودة من البيانات ( 50 مصابة ) ثم أختيارهن بطريقة عشوائية حسب ترددهن علي المركز . وأعدت إستبانه مكونه من (27). وتمت المعالجه الإحصائيه للبيانات ببرنامج (SPSS). وخلصت الدراسه إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن الإصابه بمرض الإيدز واحده من أسباب الطلاق و مرض الإيدز له آثار إقتصاديه على الننساء المصابات وأسرهن ،وبالتالي على ميزانية الدولة . ومن أهم التوصيات التي قدمتها الباحثه إعطاء الجماعات النسائيه المعنيه بنهوض المرأه كافه الدعم لكي حتى يتم توعية النساء ضد مرض الإيدز ومساعدتهن على حماية أنفسهن وكذلك إلزام كل المتقدمين للزواج بإجراء فحص الإيدز قبل الزواج للتقليل من تزايد أعداد المصابين . تزويد كل المراحل التعليميه بمادة التثقيف الصحي للحد من إنتشار الأمراض المعديه خصوصآ مرض الإيدز.

ه Abstract This research deals with the social and economic effects of the AIDS (Acquired immunodeficiency Syndrome) among Sudanese women. The research search for answering the questions which represented the statement of the study. What is the social and economic effects among women for AIDS infection ? The important of the research is to reveal the issues related to the target categories. The aim of the study is to identify the AIDS effects on sexual relations of women with their husbands and to know the AIDS effects on the family and the community of the infected women, as well as the economic effects on the infected women and their family , community, and the government budget. The study sets out the following questions: - Do the AIDS affect the social relations between infected women and their families and communities. - Do the AIDS infection affect economically the family of infected women, thus , the budget of the government. The researcher follows the descriptive analytical method as well as the case study in the (Voluntary and Testing Center - Psychological counseling- Omdurman Educational Hospital) the sample chosen randomly from infected women was 50. The questionnaire contains 27 statements . The data processed statically via the program of (SPSS). The study concluded with most important results, such as, the AIDS infection is the main reason of divorce case, and it has economic effect on infected women and their families, as well as the budget of the government. The researcher recommended that the target women communities should have the support and awareness against the AIDS infection, in addition to the examination of AIDS before marriage to reduce the numbers of infection of the disease. Finally, to provide the education stages with the subject of Health Education to limit the spread of infection disease especially AIDS.
