دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تحسين فاعلية أداء مكتبات التعليم الإفتراضي ( دراسة حالة علي مكتبات جامعة السودان المفتوحة )

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة دور نظم المعلومات الإدارة في تحسين فعالية أداء مكتبات التعليم الإفتراضي دراسة ميدانية على جامعة السودان المفتوحة ، حيث وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في كيف يمكن للتعليم الإفتراضي ان يحل مشاكل التعليم التقليدي ؟ وما مدي تناسبه في التطبيق الواقعي ، وهدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل دور أنظمة المعلومات الإدارية في أبراز تطوير التعليم الإفتراضي من خلال تيسير مكتباته وفق نظام يتضمن سهولة الوصول إليها في اي زمان ومكان ، وأختارت الدراسة الفرضيات الأتية ، هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نظم المعلومات الإدارة وتحسين أداء المكتبات الإفتراضية ، المكتبات الإلكترونية في التعليم الإفتراضي تعتبر أكثر شمولاً وأسهل وصولاً من المكتبات التقليدية ، هنالك علاقة دلالة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين كفاءة استخدام موارد المكتبات وتطوير البحث العلمي ، توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج كان أهمها ، ضعف الدعم المالي المقدم لمكتبات جامعة السودان المفتوحة يؤدي ‘لى عدم تطوير خدمات مما يؤثر على تطبيق نظم المعلومات الإدارية بها ، تعتبر نظم المعلومات الإدارية في مجال المكتبات الإفتراضية وسيلة لتحقيق الكفااءة والفعالية ، وتيسير الموازنة المادية والبشرية والرصيد الوثائقي وعاملاً مساعداً في تخفيض التكاليف وتحقيق الأهداف بجودة عالية خرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات كان من اهمها التعرف على مفاهيم نظم المعلومات الادارية فى التعليم الافتراضى ودراسة واقعها نظم المعلومات الادارية فى المكتبات الجامعية ضرورة ملحة خاصه امام تباين احتياجات المستفيدين اذ تستطيع الانظمة المبنيه على الحاسب الالى تحقيق منافع كثيرة من حيث تقديم خدمات افضل بتكاليف اقل وهذا يعنى توفير نفقات مع المحافظة على مستوى الاداء والفعالية .

There is a statistically significant relationship between the efficient use of library resources and the development of scientific research. To a number of results, the most important of which is the weak financial support provided to the libraries of the Open University of Sudan, which leads to the lack of development of services, which affects the application of their management information systems, The management information systems in the field of virtual libraries are a means of achieving efficiency and efficiency, facilitating the physical and human balance and the documentary balance and helping to reduce costs and achieve high quality goals. The study came out with a number of recommendations, the most important of which was the identification of the concepts of administrative information systems in virtual education and the study of their reality. Administrative information systems in the university libraries are an urgent need especially in view of the needs of the beneficiaries. The systems based on the computer can achieve many benefits in terms of providing better services at lower costs. Means saving expenses while maintaining the level of performance and effectiveness.
