أثر إدارة المكتبات الرقمية على أداء عملية البحث العلمي في السودان

Abstract

المستخلص لإجراء عملية البحث العلمي لابد من الحصول على البيانات سواء من مصادرها الأولية أو الثانوية، ويتطلب ذلك إدارة مكتبة ذات كفاءة عالية- عليه دارت مشكلة الدراسة حول أثر إدارة المكتبات الرقمية على أداء عملية البحث العلمي في السودان. هدفت الدراسة بشكل رئيسي إلى معرفة أثر التطبيق الإداري والفني للمكتبة الرقمية على أداء البحث العلمي في السودان وماهية المشاكل الإدارية التي تواجه المكتبة الرقمية وكيفية التغلب عليها وأثرها على البحث العلمي في السودان. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج التاريخي في التعرف علي الخلفية التاريخية لظهور المكتبة الإلكترونية في السودان وظهور تقنية المعلومات داخل المكتبات ثم دراسة الوضع الراهن للمكتبة الرقمية بالجامعات السودانية الحكومية، بالإضافة إلى استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي الإحصائي لقياس مدى رضا المستفيدين. إستندت الدراسة على الفروض التالية: 1. هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التخطيط بالمكتبة الرقمية والبحث العلمي. 2. هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التنظيم بالمكتبة الرقمية والبحث العلمي. 3. هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التوجيه بالمكتبة الرقمية والبحث العلمي. 4. هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الرقابة بالمكتبة الرقمية والبحث العلمي. وكانت أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة كالآتي: 1. أثبتت الدراسة أن هناك علاقة ايجابية بين انتهاج عملية التخطيط بالمكتبة الرقمية ومخرجات البحث العلمي. 2. هنالك علاقة ايجابية بين البحث العلمي ووظيفة التنظيم في المكتبة الرقمية. 3. هنالك علاقة ايجابية بين وظيفة التوجيه بالمكتبة الرقمية وإرتقاء البحث العلمي. 4. هناك علاقة ايجابية بين العمليات الرقابية بالمكتبة الرقمية وجودة البحث العلمي. بناءً على تلك النتائج توصي الباحثة بما يلي: - ضرورة اهتمام إدارة المكتبات الرقمية بتفعيل الوظائف الإدارية المختلفة من تخطيط وتنظيم وتوجيه ورقابة، لما لها من أثر إيجابى وفعال على البحث العلمي بما يضمن إرتقائه ومواكبته لمجريات الحداثة في مختلف العلوم. - إعتماد المكتبات الرقمية على موازنات حقيقية تعكس الصرف على مختلف وحدات وبرامج المكتبة الرقمية لتحقيق أهدافها والتي من بينها خدمة البحث العلمي.

Abstract To conduct the scientific research process, it is imperative to obtain the data whether from their primary or secondary source, and this requires a library management of a high efficiency, therefore, the problem of the study was focussed on the impact of digital libraries management on the performance of the scientific research process in the Sudan. The study mainly aimed at getting acquaintance with the impact of the managerial and technical application of the digital library on the performance of scientific research process in the Sudan and what are the managerial problems facing the digital library, how to overcome them and their impact on the scientific research in the Sudan. To achieve the objective of the study, the historical method was adopted so as to know the historical background of the appearance of the digital library in the Sudan and the appearance of the information technology within the libraries, then to investigate the current situation of the digital library in the governmental Sudanese universities, in addition to the methods for the measurement of the extent of the beneficiaries satisfaction through the distribution of the study questionnaire. The study proved the following hypotheses as initial solutions to the problem of the study, as follows: 1- There is a relationship of statistical significance between planning in the digital library and the scientific research. 2- There is a relationship of statistical significance between the organization in the digital library and the scientific research. 3- There is a relationship of a statistical significance between the direction in the digital library and the scientific research. 4- There is a relationship of statistical significance between the supervisory control in the digital library and the scientific research. The main findings of the study are as follows. 1- The study proved that there is a positive relationship between the adoption of the process of planning in the digital library and the outputs of the scientific research. 2- There is a positive relationship between the scientific research and the function of organization in the digital library. 3- There is a positive relationship between the function of direction in the digital library and the enhancement of scientific research. 4- There is a positive relationship between the supervisory processes in the digital library and the quality of the scientific research. In the light of the above findings the study arrived to the following main recommendations:- - That it is necessary for the digital libraries management to pay attention to the activation of the various administrative jobs of planning, organization, direction for their positive and effective effect on the scientific research, in a way which will ensure its enhancement and to keep in line with the trends of modernity and developments in the various sciences. Digital libraries should depend on real budgets reflecting the expenditures on the different units and programs of the digital library for the achievement of its objectives and among them the servicing of the scientific research.
