Abstract

مستخلص الدراسة :- - سميت الدراسة الإدارة المدرسية وعلاقتها بالإدارة التربوية دراسة ميدانية بمحليتي شندي والمتمة. اهتمت الدراسة :- - بتحديد الأسس بين الإدارة التربوية والمدرسية . - إلقاء الضوء علي أهمية توضيح العلاقة بين الإدارة التربوية والمدرسية . - معرفة الأدوار والواجبات . - وتكونت عينة الدراسة من معلمي ومعلمات ومديري ومديرات المدارس والمكاتب التربوية بمحليتي شندي والمتمة . - أستخدم الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لوصف البيانات والتحليلي لتحليل البيانات . - وقد توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهما : - توجد صعوبات تواجه الإداريين في تحقيق الأهداف التربوية . - الآ تتفق الإدارة التربوية والمدرسية في المفاهيم الأساسية في الإدارة . - الإدارات التربوية لا تهتم بواجباتها بالنسبة للمعلمين والطلاب . - الإدارة المدرسية الحديثة تساعد في تطوير المجتمع وتنميته الشاملة . - هنالك علاقة بين الدورات التدريبية في مجال الإدارة ونجاح الإدارة المدرسية . - ممارسة المدير لصلاحياته ينعكس إيجابا علي العملية التعليمية . - توجد علاقة بين النمط الإداري المتبع والتحصيل الدراسي . - تنعدم لجان المراجعة بالمدارس بالنسبة لوضع الامتحانات . - توجد عوائق اقتصادية تحد من توفير الوسيلة التعليمية . - المدارس الخاصة أصبحت أكثر قبولا بالنسبة للتلاميذ من المدارس الحكومية نسبةً للبيئه المتكاملة.

Abstract: - - The study called the educational administration and its relationship with the school administration field study in Shendi and Medina.
