Abstract

المستخلص هندفت هذه الرسالة التي أجريت فى شركة أسمنت عطبرة المحدودة في توضيح أثر التخطيط الإستراتيجي (الرؤية ، الرسالة ، البيئةالداخلية ، البية الخارجية) على الأداء في شركة أسمنت عطبرة المحدودة وذلك من خلال الإجابة على السؤال الرئيسي الأتي ماهو أثر التخطيط الإستيراتيجي شركة أسمنت عطبرة المحدودة ؟ الذي تفرعت من السئلة الفررعية الأتية :- 1- هل تؤثر الرؤية على الأداء في شركة أسمنت عطبرة المحدودة ؟ 2- هل تؤثر الرسالة على الأداء في شركة أسمنت عطبرة المحدودة ؟ 3- هل يؤثر تحليل البيئة الداخلية على الأداء في شركة أسمنت عطبرة المحدودة ؟ 4- هل يؤثر تحليل البيئة الخارجية على الأداء في شركة أسمنت عطبرة المحدودة ؟ إعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في دراسة الحالة . أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة :- 1/ تعبر رؤوية الشركة عن طموحات المراد تحقيقها وتؤثر إيجابياً على أداء العاملين وتحفز الروح المبادرة بين العاملين . 2/ رسالة الشركة واضحة وتتميز بخصائص فريدة من المنظمات المماثلة لبها ، وتشتمل على مصالح العملاء وتدفع العاملين نحو الإبداع والإبتكار . 3/ يمتاز منتج الشركة بالجودة العالية والسمعة الجيدة في السوق . أهم التوصيات :- 1/ تحتاج الشركة لمزيد من العاملين ذوي الخبرة العملية العالية . 2/ يجب أن يتسم تقييم الأداء بالشركة بالمرونة حتى للحصول على تقييم حقيقي للأداء ، وفقاً للمعاير التي تضعها الشركة . 3/ قيام دورات تدريبية بشكل مستمر لتأهيل الكوادر بالشركة لمواكبة متطلبات العصر .

The study relied on the descriptive approach The most important results of the study: - 1 / The company's vision reflects the aspirations to be achieved and positively affects the performance of employees and stimulates the entrepreneurial spirit among workers. 2 / The company's mission is clear and distinguished by unique characteristics of similar organizations, and it includes the interests of customers and pushes employees towards creativity and innovation. 3 / The company's product is characterized by high quality and good reputation in the market. The most important recommendations: - 1 / The company needs more highly experienced workers. 2 / The performance appraisal of the company must be flexible, even to obtain a real performance appraisal, according to the criteria set by the company. 3 / Conducting continuous training courses to qualify the company’s cadres to keep pace with the requirements of the times
