dc.description.abstract ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Firstly, this research work has been a great journey for me and has helped me to understand an area of work that is vast and wonderful. Without them I would not be able to reach this step in my scientific career.iv ABSTRACT The experiments were conducted of the faculty of science and technology, Shendi university Sudan. To study the genetic diversity of sesame (Sesamium indicium) on agro morphological effect of drought and salinity on seed germination and molecular markers (ISSR). Afield experiment was conducted to study the agronomical differences among 100 sesame genotypes in complete randomized block design in three replicates. Laboratory experiments were conducted to evaluate the difference among 60 genotypes tested for germination shoot and root length under drought stress (0, 6 and 9) bar and salinity stress (0,60 and 80) mM. The genetic diversity of the sixty genotypes was study by molecular marker (ISSR). Significant differences were observed between the genotypes regarding plant height, number of branches per plant and number of capsules per plant. The abiotic stress significantly affects seed germination, seedling shoot and root length increasing the concentration of PEG (6000) from (0,6 and 9) bar and increasing the concentration of NACL (0.60 and 80) mM significantly decrease the parameter test. The stander germination test using germinator curve software showed a significant decrease in the frequency of TG, NS, AB, SL, RL, RS, T10, T50 and AUC with increasing either drought or salinity concentration as indicated by the histogram and Box plot. Molecular DNA markers analysis with 10 primer showed 100% polymorphism. With 10 bands of 10 primers. The PIC % and the marker index vary between the primers depend on the number of bands.v المستخلص العنوان: دراسة التنوع الجيني والتأثير المورفولوجي لاجهادات الجفاف والملوحة لنبات السمسم .)Sesamium indicium ( أجْريت الدراسة بكلية العلوم والتقانة ومعمل الأبحاث المركُزى جْامعة شنَدي السودان , دراسة التنَوع الجينَي والتأثير المورفولوجْي لاجْهاداتَ الجفاف والملوحة لنَبَاتَ السمسم ( Sesamium indicium ). أجْريت التجربة الحقلية بالمزرعة التجربية بهيئة البَحوث الزراعية شنَدى لدراسة الفروق المورفولجية بين 100صنَف وراثي للسمسم السوداني في تصميم القطاعاتَ العشوائية الكاملة في ثلاث مكرراتَ. وتم اخْتيار 60صنَف وراثي لاجْراء التجارب المعملية لدراسة نمو بذور السمسم تحت الاجْهاد البَئي( طول الساق والجذر.) تمت دراسة تأثير إجْهاد الملوحة بتراكُيز ( )80 , 60 ,0ملي مولار من كُلوريد الصوديم ودراسة تاثير إجْهاد الجفاف بتراكُيز ( )9 , 6 ، 0بار من البَولي ايثلين جْليكول. أجْريت التجارب بالتصميم العشوائي الكامل بثلاثة مكرراتَ. وتمت دراسة التنَوع الجينَي للأنواع الجينَية الستين بواسطة ). .)ISSRباستخدام 10برايمر. ثم أثبَتت الدراسة وجْود فروقاتَ معنَوية بين الطرز الوراثية فيما يتعلق بطول النَبَاتَ وعدد الأفرع لكل نبَاتَ وعدد الكبَسولاتَ لكل نبَاتَ. اثيتت الدراسة ان الاجْهاد البَيئي ادى الي قروقاتَ معنَوية في انبَاتَ البَذور وطول الساق والجذر في البَادراتَ . ادتَ الزيادة في تراكُيز الاملاح الي نقيصة معنَوية في انبَاتَ البَذور وطول الساق والجذر في البَادراتَ. كُما أظهر اخْتبَار الإنبَاتَ القياسي باستخدام برنامج منَحنَى الإنبَاتَ انخفا ًضا معنَويًا في تواتر TGو NSو ABو SLو RLو RSو T10و T50و AUCمع زيادة تركُيز الجفاف أو الملوحة كُما هو موضح في الرسم البَياني ومخطط الصنَدوق. وأظهر تحليل الحمض النَووي الجزيئي باستخدام 10برايمر تبَاين وراثي بنَسبَة ..٪100تختلف ٪PICومؤشر العلامة بين البَرايمر المختلفة وتعتمد على عدد النَطاقاتَ en_US
