الكفايات التدريسية لمعلمي اللغة العربية وعلاقتها بالتحصيل الدراسي لدى تلاميذ مرحلة الأساس محلية المتمة

Abstract

المستخلص تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد الكفايات التدريسية التي يجب أن يمتلكها معلم مادة اللغة العربية في محلية المتمة وبناء قائمة بهذه الكفايات ، كما تهدف الدراسة إلى أهمية ممارسة الكفايات لدى المعلمين عينة الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (100) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي مدارس محلية المتمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة وذلك خلال العام الدراسي( 2022-2023م) . قامت الباحثة ببناء أداة الدراسة المتمثلة بالاستبيان الذي يحتوي على (66) فقرة موزعة على (4) مجالات موزعة علي الكفايات التالية : (التخطيط ، التنفيذ وإدارة الصف ، طرائق التدريس والوسائل التعليمة ، التقويم ) تم تطبيقها على أفراد عينة الدراسة. وقد قامت الباحثة بتطبيق بعض الأدوات لجمع البيانات من الواقع مثل استمارة المعلومات الأساسية وقائمة الكفايات الأكاديمية والمهنية من إعداد الباحثة ، ولتحليل البيانات استخدمت الباحثة بعض الأساليب الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (Spss) ومن أهم هذه الأساليب النسب المئوية ، واختبار( ت) معامل ارتباط لاسبيرمان وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أهم النتائج التالية : 1ـــ توجد الكفايات التدريسية لدى معلمي مادة اللغة العربية بالمرحلة الابتدائية بدرجة فوق الوسط. 2ــــ توجد فروق في أولويات الكفايات حسب الأهمية لمعلم مادة اللغة العربية بالمرحلة الابتدائية تبعاً لمتغير (النوع). ولقد ختمت الباحثة الدراسة بتوصيات إجرائية في ضوء نتائج الدراسة وكان أهمها : يجب قيام دورات تدريبية مستمرة لتطوير الكفاءة المهنية لمعلمي مادة اللغة العربية بالمرحلة الأساسية بمحلية المتمة وامتلاكهم للمهارة المهنية المعدة في استبانه الدراسة الحالية. ضرورة إدراج مدي التمكن من مهارات الكفايات التدريسية الواردة في استبانه الدراسة الحالية في استمارة تقويم الأداء التدريسي للمعلمين. ومقترحات لدراسات مستقبلية ملمة لبعض جوانب الدراسة الحالية. 1. إجراء المزيد من الدراسات والبحوث في مجال كفايات المعلم بالمرحلة الأساسية بشكل عام ومعلمي اللغة العربية بشكل خاص وتطبيقها لتصبح أكثر مناسبة إجراء دراسات على أثر برامج إعداد المعلمين المهني للكفايات التعليمية وأخذ عينات كبيرة وشاملة لكل ولايات السودان. 2. إجراء دراسات وأبحاث تهدف إلى معرفة آراء المعلمين الذين يتم إعدادهم الآن في كليات التربية وتطوير كفاياتهم المهنية .

Abstract The study aims to determine the teaching competencies that an Arabic language teacher in the Matama locality must possess and build a list of these competencies. The study also aims to highlight the importance of practicing the competencies among the teachers in the study sample. The study sample consisted of (100) male and female teachers from the Matamma local school teachers who were selected. By simple random method during the academic year (2022-2024 AD). The researcher built the study tool represented by the questionnaire, which contains (67) items distributed over (4) areas divided into the following competencies: (planning, implementation and classroom management, teaching methods and teaching aids, and evaluation) that were applied to the study sample members. The researcher applied some tools to collect data from reality, such as a basic information form and a list of academic and professional competencies prepared by the researcher. To analyze the data, the researcher used some statistical methods for the social sciences (Spss). The most important of these methods are percentages, and the Lasperman correlation coefficient (t) test. The study concluded To the following most important results: The teaching competencies of Arabic language teachers in the primary stage are above average. There are differences in the priorities of competencies according to their importance to the Arabic language teacher in the primary stage according to the variable (type). The researcher concluded the study with procedural recommendations in light of the study results, the most important of which were: Continuing training courses must be conducted to develop the professional competence of Arabic language teachers at the primary level in Al-Matma locality and their possession of the professional skills prepared in the current questionnaire. . The necessity of including the extent of mastery of teachers’ teaching competencies skills included in the questionnaire of the current study in the form for evaluating the teaching performance of teachers. And suggestions for future studies that address some aspects of the current study. 1. Conduct further studies and research in the field of teacher competencies in the primary stage in general and Arabic language teachers in particular and apply them during the current study or develop them to become more appropriate. Conduct studies on the impact of professional teacher preparation programs for educational competencies and take large and comprehensive samples for all states of Sudan. 2. Conducting studies and research aimed at knowing the opinions of teachers who are currently being prepared in colleges of education and developing their professional competencies.
