Abstract

)المســــتخلص تناولت الدراسة موضوع آليات ووسائل الضبط الاجتماعي ودورها في الحد من الجريمة بمحلية شندي، وهدفت هذهـ الدراسة إلى التعرف عمى مدى فاعلية وسائل الضبط في الحد من الجريمة بمحمية شندي الواقعة في النصف الجنوبي لولاية نهر النيل شمال السودان عمى بعد ( )150كيمومتر تقريباً إلى الشمال من مدينة الخرطوم. تمثلت مشكمة الدراسة في ما مدى فاعلية آليات الضبط الاجتماعي مثل التشريعات القانونية، الشرطة، الإعلام، التعميم، التنشئة الاجتماعية والعلاقات الاجتماعية في تقليل معدلات الجريمة وتحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية؟ وافترضت الدراسة أن تساهم آليات ووسائل الضبط الاجتماعي بشكل كبير في الحد من الجريمة، ونبعت أهمية الدراسة من أنها ألقت الضوء على توجيه الأنظار حول أهمية دور آليات ووسائل الضبط الاجتماعي الرسمية والغير رسمية في الحد من الجريمة. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحميمي، بالإضافة إلى منهج دراسة الحالة بالتطبيق على محلية شندي. وجمعت البيانات الأولية من خلال الاستبانة التي تم توزيعها على الذين تنطبق عليهم شروط الدراسة. وقد توصمت الدراسة إلى فعالية وسائل الضبط الاجتماعي في تقميل وسائل انتشار الجريمة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تفعيل آليات ووسائل الضبط الاجتماعي في المجتمع للتقليل من انتشار الجريمة. ( ز)Abstract This study addresses social control strategies and techniques, as well as their impact on crime reduction in Shendi locality. The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of these control techniques in reducing crime in Shendi Locality, which is located in the southern region of River Nile State, northern Sudan, about 150 kilometers north of Khartoum. The study addressed the question: to what extent are social control systems, such as law, the police, the media, education, socialization, and social interactions, useful in decreasing crime and promoting social justice? The study held the opinion of social control mechanisms and methods make a major contribution to crime reduction. The study was significant given that it provided light on the relevance of official and informal social control mechanisms and techniques in crime. The study used the descriptive-analytical method, in addition to a case study approach applied on Shendi locality. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to those who met the study criteria. The study concluded that social control techniques are effective in reducing the spread of crime. The study recommended that the need to activate social control mechanisms and methods in society to reduce the spread of crime is necessary.
