استخدام التقنيات الحديثة في تطوير أداء متاحف المواقع الأثرية (متحف كرمة نموذجًا )

Abstract

المستخلص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التقنيات الحديثة في تطوير أداء متاحف المواقع الأثرية، وذلك بالتطبيق على متحف كرمة، مع التركيز على مدى إسهام هذه التقنيات في تحسين كفاءة العرض المتحفي وتعزيز تجربة الزوار. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التاريخي والوصفي التحليلي، إلى جانب منهج دراسة الحالة، حيث تم جمع البيانات من خلال الملاحظة الميدانية، والاستبيان، والمقابلات مع العاملين بالمتحف والزوار. كما تناولت الدراسة عددًا من التقنيات الحديثة، مثل الوسائط المتعددة، والشاشات التفاعلية، وتقنيات العرض الرقمي، ودورها في تطوير الأداء المتحفي. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن استخدام التقنيات الحديثة يسهم بشكل ملحوظ في تحسين مستوى العرض المتحفي، وزيادة التفاعل بين الزوار والمعروضات، مما يؤدي إلى رفع كفاءة الأداء العام للمتحف. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود قصور في توظيف هذه التقنيات داخل متحف كرمة، نتيجة لضعف الإمكانات المادية والتقنية، وقلة الكوادر المدربة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة إدخال التقنيات الحديثة ضمن خطط تطوير متاحف المواقع الأثرية، مع توفير البنية التحتية المناسبة، وتدريب العاملين على استخدامها، بما يسهم في تحسين تجربة الزائر وزيادة الجاذبية السياحية لهذه المتاحف.

Abstract This study aimed to identify the role of modern technologies in improving the performance of archaeological site museums, specifically focusing on the Kerma Museum, and examining how these technologies contribute to enhancing the efficiency of museum displays and the visitor experience. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach, along with a case study methodology. Data was collected through field observation, questionnaires, and interviews with museum staff and visitors. The study also explored several modern technologies, such as multimedia, interactive displays, and digital display technologies, and their role in improving museum performance. The study concluded that the use of modern technologies significantly contributes to improving the quality of museum displays and increasing interaction between visitors and exhibits, thus enhancing the overall efficiency of the museum. The results also revealed shortcomings in the implementation of these technologies within the Kerma Museum, due to limited financial and technical resources and a shortage of trained personnel. The study recommended the necessity of integrating modern technologies into the development plans for museums at archaeological sites, along with providing the appropriate infrastructure and training staff in their use, thereby contributing to improving the visitor experience and increasing the tourist appeal of these museums.
