الكفايات اللازمة لتطوير الدور الإداري لمديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي بولاية نهر النيل (من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين )

Abstract

مستخلص البحث هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الكفايات اللازمة لمديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي في تطوير دورهم الإداري بولاية نهر النيل من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين، اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كمنهج لهذا البحث لمناسبته لمثل هذا النوع من البحوث و استخدم الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، واشتملت على عشرة محاور كل محور إحتوى على خمس فقرات مجتمع البحث كل المشرفين التربويين للتعليم الأساسي بولاية نهر النيل وعددهم (٣٦٧) مشرف ومشرفة، تم اختيار عينة عشوائية منهم بلغت (۱۲۵) مشرف ومشرفة بوزن نسبي (٣٤)، للعام الدراسي ۲۰۲۲ -٢٠٢٣م، ولتحليل البيانات تم استخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss) بتطبيق الوسط الحسابي الوسط الحسابي المرجح، اختبار الفاكرونباخ الوزن النسبي، اختبار مربع كأي، واختبار (T-Test)، اختبار (ANOVA ) النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تطوير الدور الإداري لمديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي في مجالات الدراسة وبين الكفايات اللازمة لهم في كل مجال. وكل متوسطات استجابات هذه المجالات درجتها (مرتفعة)، أعلي درجة استجابة للمحاور كانت في مجال إدارة الإجتماع) بمتوسط بلغ (٢٠٩٥)، وأدني درجة استجابة للمحاور كانت في مجال إدارة الوقت) بمتوسط بلغ (۲۰۸۳) توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تطوير الدور الإداري لمديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي وبين امتلاكهم للكفايات اللازمة حيث بلغ متوسط استجابات عينة البحث المجالات البحث ككل (۲۰۸۹) بمستوى درجة استجابة (مرتفعة ). مديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي الذين يمتلكون الكفايات الازمة تتوفر لديهم فرصة القيام ببناء نظام تعليمي جيد على أسس قوية مما يحقق أهداف التعليم الأساسي. مديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي الذين يمتلكون الكفايات اللازمة لهم تتاح لهم فرصة الإبتكار والإبداع في مجال عملهم للحصول على مخرجات تعليم مميزة. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات عينة البحث حول الكفايات اللازمة لتطوير الدور الإداري لمديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي تعرى المتغيرات النوع المؤهل العلمي المؤهل التربوي، سنوات الخبرة ). Abstract This study aimed to identifying the essential qualifications of the educational basic school's managers in the river Nile state According to educational Supervisors own points of view. This study followed the descriptive analytical curriculum as curriculum because it is relevant to this kind of study. And used the questionnaire as tool for collecting data, the questionnaire includes ten themes. Each of them include five paragraphs. The population of the study consist of all the educational Supervisors of the basic education in river Nile state their number is (367) Supervisors both male and female. The sample was chosen randomly from them. They reached 125 Supervisor both male and female. The relative weight was 34% from population of the study in the years 2022 and 2023. For analyzing the data of the study the statistical package of the social sciences program (SPSS) through the statistical deviations which are represented by the arithmetic mean, the weight arithmetic mean, alpha test, the relative weight, chi square test, the stander deviation and T test was used. The most important results of the study are: 1-There is relationship between the development of the managerial role of managers of basic schools in study fields and the essential qualifications for each field. All the median response of this fields are high the highest response degree wasin meeting leadership with mean(2.95) and least one in time leadership with mean(2.83)

2-There is relationship between the development of the managerial role of managers of basic schools and due mecessary qualifications they must have the median response of study sample in all study themes was (2.98)with high response degree 3-The mangers of primary schools who have enough adequacies have a chance to build a good institute that can achieve the goalis of primary education 4-The mangers of primary school who have emougis adequacies have a chance for innovation and creation in field of quality of primary education outputs 5- There are no differences that have statistical prove between the medians of the response of the individuals of the sample of the study about the necessary qualifications which happened as result of the change of (the gender, the scientific qualifications, the educational qualifications and the years of experiences).
