أجريت هذهالدراسةِ الوصفية لتَقييم إلتزامِ مرضي الفشل الكلوي بالحمية العلاجية من حيث (الحضور لجلسات الغسيل ،الحمية الغذائية ،الحميةالدوائية) فيمستشفىالمك نمر الجامعي وشملت الدراسة كل مرضي القشل الكلوي تحت الغسيل الدموي لمدة ستة اشهر فأكثر وتعدادهم مائةمريض،أجريتْ الدراسة فيالفترةِ مابينسبتمبرإلىنوفمبر 2014. جُمِعتْ البياناتعن طريق إستبيان مغلق الاسئلة ؛واوضحت الدراسة ان معظم المرضي (94 %) يخضعون لجلستي غسيل اسبوعيا و (90 %) من جلسات الغسيل تستمر لمدة ثلاث ساعات.أقلمِنْالنِصْفِ (40 %) مِنْالمرضي معرفتهم ضعيفة عن الحمية الغذائية المناسبة لمرضي الفشل الكلوي تحت الغسيل الدموي. أكثر من ثُلثيالمرضِي (75 %) ملتزمون بالحمية الغذائية الموصوفة لهم، (47 %) مِنْالمرضِيمعرفتهمضعيفةبالمشاكل التي يسببها عدم الإلتزام بالحمية الغذائية. فقط (57 %) مِنْالمرضىملتزمون بالأدوية التي توصف لهم ،سببعدمِالإلتزام بالادوية ل(53.5 %) مِنْالمرضِي كَانت عدم القدرة علي التكيف مع اوقات الجرعات. اوصت الدراسة علي صياغة برنامج تعليمي يهدف لزيادة مستوي الإلتزم بالحمية الغذائية وتشجيع المرضي علي لعب دور فعال في برنامجهم العلاجي وايضا اجراء مزيد من الدراسات حول الحمية الغذائية المناسبة لمرضي الفشل الكلوي تحت الغسيل الدموي.
Abstract
Worldwide, non-compliance is a major obstacle to the effective delivery of health care. Estimates from the World Health Organization (2003) indicate that only about 50% of patients with chronic diseases living in developed countries follow treatment recommendations.
This study was conducted to assess patient's compliance regarding management regimen (dialysis,diet, medication) in ElmakNimer University hospital. Hundredpatients were assessed for compliance .The study was conducted in the period between Septembers to November 2014. Data was collected in one week by questionnaire; The study showed that most (94%) of patient having tow dialysis session /week and (90%) having three hours duration of dialysis. less than half (40%) of patient had poor knowledge regarding proper diet for hemodialysis. Two third of patient (75%) were compliant on prescribed diet,(47%) of patient had poor knowledge regarding problem caused by incompliance on prescribe diet. Just (57%) of patients were compliant on prescribe medication, the cause of incompliance for (53.5%) of patient were not able to adapt on time of dose. Based on the study findingthe study recommended that there is a need for educating program to increase the level of compliance regarding management regimen among dialysis patients, to encourage patients to take a more active role in their care and to conduct further studies about dietary management of patients undergoing hemodialysis
