Abstract

مستخلص البحث تناول البحث موضوع البعد الإجتماعى للأسرة البديلة في دمج الأطفال مجهولى الوالدين في المجتمع بولاية الخرطوم. تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في الكشف عن مدى فاعلية الأسرة البديلة بولاية الخرطوم في دمج الأطفال مجهولي الوالدين في المجتمع. نبعت أهمية البحث من أنه قد يمثل إضافة للبحوث الإجتماعية وإثراء للمكتبات الجامعية في السودان من خلال إستخدامه لمفاهيم ونظريات تتعلق بالرعاية البديلة والدمج الإجتماعي للأطفال لمجهولي الوالدين, أيضاً ربما يساعد المؤسسات المعنية بالرعاية الأسرية البديلة في معالجة جوانب القصور, كذلك أستند البحث على ماتوصلت إليه الدراسات السابقة وعمل على بحث ما أوضحته من فجوات. هدف إلى التعرف على جهود دمج الأطفال مجهولي الوالدين فى المجتمع من خلال دراسة مدى فاعلية الأسرة البديلة بولاية الخرطوم في ذلك. وقد عمل البحث على اختبار فرضية أساسية هي أن للأسرة البديلة بولاية الخرطوم دور فاعل في إدماج الأطفال مجهولي الوالدين فى المجتمع, وذلك إلى جانب فرضيات فرعية تفرعت من هذه الفرضية الأساسية, أهمها, أن الأسرة البديلة فاعلة في دمج مجهولي الوالدين بالخدمات الإجتماعية والصحية. وتوصل الى عدة نتائج أهمها. أن الأسرة البديلة بولاية الخرطوم نجحت لحد كبير في دمج مجهولي الوالدين بالمجتمع, وأن هنالك بعض التحديات التى تواجه الأسرة البديلة, وقدم البحث عدة توصيات أهمها, يجب على المسؤولين والجهات ذات الاختصاص تخصيص ميزانيات ومعينات عمل كافية, لدعم نظام الأسر البديلة لمواجهة الإحتياجات المتزائدة.

Abstract

The study dealt with the social dimension of the alternative family in the integration of children with unknown parents in the community in Khartoum State. The problem of the study was to reveal the effectiveness of the alternative family in the state of Khartoum in the integration of children with unknown parents in society. The importance of research is that it may be an addition to social research and enrichment of university libraries in Sudan through its use of concepts and theories of alternative care and social integration of children to parents. It may also help alternative family care institutions to address deficiencies. The research was based on past studies He worked on a research that I had discovered. The aim was to identify the efforts of integrating the children of unknown parents in the community through studying the effectiveness of the alternative family in Khartoum state. The research has tested the basic assumption that the alternative family in Khartoum state has an effective role in the integration of children with unknown parents in society, in addition to sub-hypotheses that derived from this basic hypothesis. And reached several results, the most important. The alternative family in the state of Khartoum has succeeded to a great extent in the integration of parents unknown to society, and that there are some challenges facing the alternative family, and the research made several recommendations, the most important of which are officials and competent authorities to allocate sufficient budgets and work aids to support the system of alternative families to meet the increasing needs.
