Abstract
This study has reviewed the exceptional grammatical rules of Arab
sayings. The researcher started from the origin of Arab grammar and the
doctrines that sponsored its evolution. The most famous of theses
doctrines are Basri and Kofi schools. The researcher mentioned the most
important efforts of schools; and some of their opinions and views
regarding grammar, reviewing at the same time the book of Seybawaih
who is regarded as the father of Arabic grammar
The second chapter tackled the language which are unlike the
Arabic language in terms of grammar; reviewing at the same time the
origin f Arabic language and concluding that all Arabic vernaculars are
correct and the speaker of one vernaculars are correct and the speakers of
one vernacular is always correct and rank because they differ according to
their influence, strength and prevalence. Then the researcher brought up
the issue of “ira’ab” between contemporary and ld grammarian and
emphasized that “ira’ab” is an element of grammarian it id apart of
grammar .
The third chapter comprises the eccentric grammar rules. It
represents the main Pillar of the study Reviewing the meaning of
eccentricity in Arabic language, and that it has four types; eccentric in
contrast and usage, it is the mentioned end; eccentric in contrast and
exceptional in contrast; the fourth type us eccentric in contrast and usage
reviewing the exceptional forms of “mensobat”, marfo’at and majrorat’.
The research found out some results which some of them are manifested
in the conclusion of the research, the most significant of them is the
eccentricity in the grammar of the different recitation of the holy Quran.
The researcher recommended that it is necessary to collect these eccentric
forms so as not to generate problem
