Abstract
This study focused on the examination of the role of the human resources
management in achieving the competitive advantages in the Sudanese companies.
The problem of the study was manifested in investigating the essence of the role of
the human resources management in the attainment of the competitive advantages
in the Sudanese companies. The study adopted the descriptive / analytical method
in addition to Statistical Package for Social Sciences program (SPSS). The study
was based on several hypotheses and among them:
- There is a statistically significant relationship between the human resources
management and the creation of the competitive advantage.
- There is a statistically significant relationship between the training of the
employee and the competitive advantage.
The main findings of the study were represented in the following:
- The achievement of the competitive advantage is closely associated with the
implementation of the function of the human resources management in view of the
international attention which was paid to the human resources, considering that
they constitute the main source in the attainment of the competitive advantage.
- The planning of the human resources contributes the provision of the requirement
with efficiencies and capabilities which will achieve the competitive advantage.
- The approved budgets for the training of the employees are insufficient for the
achievement of the competitive advantage.
The salient recommendations of the study are as follows:
- The human resources management should adopt the achievement of the
competitive advantage through the implementation of its various functions.
- To pay attention to the external training of the human resources.
- To strive to the laying down of incentives that may assist in achieving the
employee satisfaction
