Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة قياس الأداء بواسطة أسلوب ستة سيجما وإمكانية تطبيقه على قطاع صناعة الأسمنت بولاية نهر النيل.تتمثل مشكلة البحث فى معاناة قطاع صناعة الأسمنت بولاية نهر النيل من مشاكل كثيرة , متمثلة فىإرتفاع التكاليف ، وكثرة الفاقد في الصناعة , وتأخير الطلبيات , وذلك نتيجة لإستخدامه أساليب إدارية غير متطورة.حيث تظهر الحاجة لإستخدام أساليب إدارية حديثة كاسلوب ستة سيجما الذي يعالج تلك المشاكل. هدفت الدراسة اليالتعرف علي مدى إمكانية تطبيق أسلوب ستة سيجما لقياس الأداء في قطاع صناعة الأسمنت بولاية نهر النيل دراسة حالة مصنع أسمنت عطبرة , وذلك من خلال التعرف علي مدى توفر العوامل الرئيسية التي تساعد على نجاح التطبيق بالمصنع , كالعوامل الإدارية والمالية والتقنية والبشرية.والتعرف على النتائج التى يمكن أن يحققها تطبيق هذا الأسلوب بالمصنع. اختبرت الدراسة الفرضيات التالية: تتوفر المقومات اللازمة لتطبيق أسلوب ستة سيجما في مصنع أسمنت عطبرة , وهذه المقومات هى " المقومات الإدارية , المالية , التقنية والبشرية " , يؤثر تطبيق أسلوب ستة سيجما لقياس الأداء بالمصنع إيجابا على أداء المصنع وذلك استنادا لما يحققه من نتائج إيجابية . استخدمت الدراسة في إختبار الفرضيات مناهج متعددة الجوانب تشمل أساليب إحصائية وتحليلية ودراسة ميدانية لشركة أسمنت عطبرة , كما انها استخدمت المنهج التاريخيوالإستنباطيوالإستقرائي والوصفي التحليلي. خلصت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج من أهمها : توفر المتطلبات الأساسية لتطبيق أسلوب ستة سيجما " الإدارية , المالية , التقنية والبشرية " بمصنع أسمنت عطبرة , وأن هنالك آثار إيجابية من خلال تطبيق أسلوب ستة سيجما لقياس الأداء بالمصنع . خرجت الدراسة بعدد منالتوصيات أهمها : ضرورة الإهتمامبإسلوب ستة سيجما , وتوعية العاملين بمصنع أسمنت عطبرة بفوائد هذا الأسلوب , والتأكيد على تطبيق أسلوب ستة سيجما بقطاع صناعة الأسمنت بولاية نهر النيل حيث أن المؤسسات والشركات التى تطبق أسلوب ستة سيجما تقل فيها معدلات الأخطاء بدرجة عالية وتتحسن ربحيتها وخدمات

Abstract This study explores the implementation process of the six sigma performance measurement approaches in cement industry sector in River Nile State .The problem of the study is represented in the sector of cement industry in River Nile State which suffers from many problems, such as representing in, high costs, and increase of waste of industry, and the delay of orders.These problems were occurred as result of the use of non advanced managerial method thus, the urgent need to use a more advanced managerial methods is of paramount importance , such as the six sigma approach which can tackle these problems successfully . The study aimedto identifythepossibility of implementing the Six Sigma approaches to measure andimprove the performance of the cementindustry in RiverNile State.Thestudy was conducted at Atbara cement factory as a case study, in order to identify the extent of the key factors which would help the company performance to improve the capability of its business process. These key factors are as such: managerial, financial, technical and human resources factors . The study is based on somehypotheses representing in the availability of necessary factors for applying Six Sigma in Atbara cement factory and these administrative, financial, technical and human resource factors. Which arebasic element, for using the model of six sigma performance measurement and for better project measurement performance process. In this study the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach to the research to analyze data and test hypotheses and the historical approach to review the previous studies, inductive approach to form hypotheses of the study, and the deductive approach to identify the nature of the problem. The study has comes up to these importance findings, the ability of principle requirements for six sigma “administrative, financial, technical and human” in Atbara cement factory, and there are positive effects by applying six sigma for measuring the performance in the factory. The study has reached at some important recommendation, necessity of carrying for six sigma and the awareness of labors in Atbara cement factory, the advantages of this style, emphasis on be application of Six Sigma in sector of cement industryin RiverNile State. When the rates of risks in the institutions which apply Six Sigma are high reduced and their profits and services are improved.
