السمات الشخصية وعلاقتها بالتوافق النفسي لدى الطالب الجامعي بالمجمعات السكنية

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة على التعرف على سمات الشخصية وعلاقتها بالتوافق النفسي لدى طلاب الجامعات بالمجمعات السكنية بمحليتي شندي والمتمة و اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذى يقوم على تحليل المحتوى وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (140) طالب وطالبة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على طلاب وطالبات جامعة شندي بمختلف كلياتهم بالمدن الجامعي( مدينة الزهراء للطالبات ، كامل إبراهيم للطالبات ،محمد عثمان سرور للطالبات ، أبو القاسم البدوي للطالبات ، عوض عمر السمانى للطلاب ، إسماعيل احمد إبراهيم للطلاب ، إبراهيم محمود سمساعه للطلاب وتكونت أدوات الدراسة من الاستبانة سمات الشخصية وقد قامت الباحثة بالمعالجة الإحصائية لبياناتها مستخدمة معامل الفا كرونياج أوضحت نتائج الدراسة ما يلى: - وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تقدير الذات والتوافق النفسي لدي طلاب المدن الجامعية)، وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التوكيدية والتوافق النفسي لدي طلاب المدن الجامعية، وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاستقلال والتوافق النفسي لدي طلاب المدن الجامعية ، وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين العدوانية والتوافق النفسي لدي طلاب المدن الجامعية ، وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين السيطرة والتوافق النفسي لدي طلاب المدن الجامعية ، وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المسؤولية والتوافق النفسي لدي طلاب المدن الجامعية. وتم تفسير النتائج على ضوء الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة للدراسة وعلى ضوء ما توصلت اليه الدراسة وأوصت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات واهمها ضرورة التعرف على العوامل التي تؤثر بصورة سلبية على سمات الشخصية لدى طلاب المدن الجامعية في محليتى شندى والمتمة والعمل على ايجاد الحلول العلمية والعملية لها مما يساهم في تحقيق التوافق النفسى لديهم .

Abstract The present study aims at recognizing the characteristics of personality and its relation to the psychobgical compatitlity to university students at residential complex the problem of study based on many different questions these questions can be summarized as follows: To what extent the personality characteristics is connected to the psychological compatibility to students at university residence or hostiles could this relationship be statistically measured. The researcher has followed the analytical descriptive method which analyzes the content the case study consisted of (140) students those students have been choosen randomly the questionnaire has been apptied on shendi university students with its different colleges at hostiles (Alzahroa hostile for girls Kamal Ibrahim for girls –Awed Omar Elsamani for boy – Lsmail Ahmed Ibrahim for boy – Ibrahim Mahmoud Samsaia for boy) the stuby tools consisted of the questionnaire the personality characteriskcs and the researcher processed the statistical data using the alpha –chromium coefficient the study resalt selarified and explained the following : There is astatically significant telationship between self –esteem and psychological compatibility to students at university residents (hostil) ,There is a statistically significan to relationship between assertiveness and psychological eampatability to students at university residents .(hostil ),There is statistically significance between the independence and psychological compatibility to students at university residence (hostil) ,There is statistically significant between ogression and the psychological compatibility to students at university residence (hostil ) ,There is a statistical ficante between control and the psychological compatibility to students at university residence (hostel ) ,There is a statistically significance between responsibility and psychological compatibility to university residence students (hostel) . There results are explained in the light of the study theoretical framework and the previous studies and in the light of the study finding and the researcher continued with asset of recommendations and suggestions .
