أثر إجراءات الشراء علي جودة المنتجات (دراسة ميدانية – مصنع فابي للإنتاج الزراعي والحيواني)

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة أثر إجراءات الشراء في جودة المنتجات بالتطبيق علي مشروع فابي للإنتاج الزراعي والحيواني تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في أنه لا تزال العديد من المنشآت لا تدرك أهمية دور إجراءات الشراء والسؤال الرئيسي هل تؤثر إجراءات الشراء علي جودة المنتجات بالمنشأة. تنبع أهمية الدراسة من أهمية الشراء في تأثيره الجوهري علي نجاح واستمرار المشروع والذي يتوقف علي الفاعلية وكفاءة القيام بنشاط الشراء. نصت الدراسة علي فرضيتين رئيسيتين هي : هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجراءات الشراء العلمية و جودة الإنتاج بالمنشأة ، و هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين سياسات الشراء و جودة المنتجات .تم اختبار صحتها واتبعت دراسة الحالة والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي. توصلت الدراسة إلي العديد من النتائج أهمها : _ يهتم مسئولين الشراء بالتحديد الدقيق للاحتياجات حتي يمكن تحقيق جودة المنتجات . _ وأن إدارة المشتريات تقوم بمتابعة أمر الشراء للحصول علي المواد التي تحقق الجودة المطلوبة. _ لتحقيق جودة المنتج تقوم إدارة المشتريات بالاختيار السليم للمورد. كما أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات أهمها: _ لابد أن يكون هنالك تحديد دقيق للاحتياجات من المواد والأصناف قبل إصدار أمر الشراء . _ يجب علي القائمين بالشراء متابعة أوامر الشراء لأنها تساعد في الحصول علي المواد المطلوبة لتحقيق الجودة. _ لتحقيق جودة المنتجات بالمنشأة لابد من شراء الاحتياجات بالمواصفات المطلوبة.

Abstract The study dealt with the effect of procurement procedures on the quality of the products by applying to Fabi factory for agricultural and anima production The problem of the study was that many enterprises still don realize the significance of the procurement procedures rule and the main question is whether procurement procedures affect the quality of the products in the institution. The importance of study stems from the importance of purchasing in its essential impact on the success and continuation of the project which depends on the efficiency of the procurement actmty The study hypothesis are summarized as follows : The is statistically significant relation between the obvious scientific procurement procedures and the quality of production in an institution and there is also astatically significant relation between purchasing from the appropriate source of supply and the quality of products in the institution. the researcher followed the case study and the analytical descriptive method The study comes to a number of result summarized as follows :-  Procurement officials are keenly concerned with need to ensure that the quality of the products can be achieved.  the procurement department follows up the purchase order to option the the material that meet the required quality.  to achieve product quality , the procurement department makes the right choice meeting the product . The study comes to a number of recommendation summarized as follows:-  The must be a precise identification of the needs of materials and items before issuing the purchase order.  Buyers should follow the purchase orders as they help in obtaining the materials needed to achieve quality.  In order to achieve the quality of the products in the establishment, it is necessary to purchase the required specifications.
