Abstract
The importance of this study comes in following hospitality excellence ,to
achieve competitive feature which allows achieving the highest level of customers'
satisfaction, which contributes in building long term stable relation between the
hospitality institution and customers. And from the objective of the research:
Identifying the relation between the excellence and competitive feature within the
hospitality institution, together with highlighting the excellence role and
importance in achieving the competitive feature. The study hypotheses were as
follows: Is progressive creativity could be a mean of achieving competition when
the hospitality services' excellence considered as a mean of achieving competitive
feature for hospitality institutions. To achieve analysis the researcher has followed
descriptive, statistical, and analytical approach in addition to historical description
to describe events. The study took place in Khartoum state during 2015- 2017
applied on Corenthia Hotel, to achieve the research objectives a questionnaire was
designed for the purpose of collecting data from the study sample, and the data
were analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences, this together with
making interviews with some important figures, with some notes from the
researcher.
The researcher came out with many findings , the most important was that
theCompetitive strategies play an important and decisive role in achieving the
stable competitive feature, and that role varies according to the stable competitive
feature's zone.
The researcher recommends that hospitality institutions must adopt specific
strategies in the scope of developing hospitality and tourism services to make their
services look special, and offering products that differ from that of competing
institutions to satisfy customers' needs and desires. All hospitality institutions in
Sudan must adopt competitive strategies that fit their scope of work and services
they offer , and their marketing sector, and developing young staffs so as to
achieve stable and effective competitive feature to meet customers' generated
needs and desires
