تطور المؤسسة العسكرية على عهد سيدنا عمر بن الخطاب (رضي الله عنه) في الفترة من (13-23هـ / 634 – 643 م )

Abstract

تناولت هذه الورقة تطور المؤسسة العسكرية في الإسلام على عهد أمير المؤمنين سيدنا عمر بن الخطاب (رضي الله عنه) في الفترة من (13-23هـ) ، و شملت التعريف بسيدنا عمر بن الخطاب (رضي الله عنه) ، ثم الجيش قبل الإسلام ، ثم الجيش الإسلامي على عهد النبوة ، والخليفة الراشد أبو بكر الصديق (رضي الله عنه) ، و جاء ذلك حسب التسلسل الأتي : أهداف الدراسة ، مقدمة الموضوع ، متن الموضوع ، الخاتمة ، ثم الهوامش ، هدفت هذه الورقة التعرف على شخصية سيدنا عمر بن الخطاب (رضي الله عنه) ، مولده ، ونشأته ، وإسلامه ، والوقوف على تكوين الجيش الإسلامي على عهد الرسول (صلى الله عليه وسلم) وخليفته الأول (رضي الله عنه) ، كما أنها هدفت لمعرفة الدور الذي لعبه المسلمون في تطوير الجيش الإسلامي ، والتعرف على تطور الجيش على عهد سيدنا عمر بن الخطاب (رضي الله عنه) ، المنهج المنع في هذه الورقة التاريخي الوصفي التحليلي وذلك بالرجوع إلى الأحداث التاريخية والمقارنة بينهما وإثبات صحتها . توصلت الورقة لنتائج مهمة منها أن إسلام سيدنا عمر بن الخطاب (رضي الله عنه) شكل نقطة تحول هامة في حياة المسلمين ، كما أن الجيش في عهده شهد تطوراً كبيراً ، ونظم الجيش فعمل على إنشاء ديوان الجند الذي أحصى فيه الجند ، وراتبهم ونتيجة هذا التنظيم تطورت المؤسسة العسكرية واستطاع الجيش الإسلامي تحقيق انتصارات كبيرة على دولتي الفرس والروم .

This paper addressed the The military establishment in the evolution of Islam area of the faithful leader Our master , Omer Ibn Alkhatab (may be Allah be pleased with him ) in the period (13-23 Hegria ) . It comprised an introduction of Omar Ibn Alkatab , army before Islam and army during the prophecy time period and in caliph Abubaker (may be Allah be pleased with him ) .the paper is sequenced as follows : the objective of the study , an introduction of topic under concern , body , conclusion and margins. This paper aimed at identifying the personality of Caliph Omer ibn al khattab (may Allah be pleased with him), his birth ,inception of Islam and the establishment of the Islam army during the prophet /messenger Mohammed ,peace be upon him and during his first Caliph ,Abu Bakr ( may Allah be pleased with him . the paper also aims at learning the role played Muslims in the development of the Islam military in the era of Caliph Omer ibn Al Khattab ( may Allah be pleased with him ) The researcher adopted historical and descriptive analytic approaches to conduct the study. Result include important points regulating Omer inception of Islam from an important turing point in the life of the Muslim . The Islamic army witnessed considerable development in his time period where Caliph Omer organized the system of the army establishing troops chamber ,their numbers .and salaries .As result of such organization military institution has evolved, army achieved great victors against Persian and Roman armies .
