المستخلص
تناول البحث الترتيب الداخلي للمصنع و أثره في زيادة الانتاجية (مصنع نسيج شندي) .
و تمثلت مشكلة البحث في هل يؤثر الترتيب الداخلي للمصنع وفقاً للمنتج في زيادة الكفاءة الانتاجية ، هل يؤثر الترتيب الداخلي للمصنع في خفض تكاليف العملية الانتاجية.
هدف البحث في دراسة أثر الترتيب الداخلي للمصنع في كفاءة العملية الانتاجية ، و بيان واقع الترتيب الداخلي في مصانع النسيج .
كما اختبر البحث الفرضيات الاتية توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الترتيب الدخلي للمصنع و خفض تكاليف العملية الانتاجية ، توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الترتيب الداخلي للمصنع وفقاً للمنتج و زيادة الكفاءة الانتاجية .
توصل البحث الي عدد من النتائج اهمها يعمل الترتيب الداخلي وفقا للمنتج علي رفع كفاءة الخط الانتاجي ، يعتمد المصنع في الانتاج المستمر علي الترتيب الداخلي وفقا للمنتج ، استخدام المصنع للتقنيات الحديثة يخفض من التكاليف ضرورة استخدام نظام رقابي فعال عند الترتيب وفقاً للعمليات ، اعطاء الاولوية لترتيب الالات في الاقسام لضمان السرعة في انجاز العمل ، الالتزام بالترتيب الداخلي للحصول علي منتجات بمواصفات موحدة.
خرج البحث بعدد من التوصيات اهمها يجب مراعاة الترتيب الداخلي للمصانع لضمان رفع كفاءة الانتاج للإنتاج المستمر وسرعة انجاز العمل ، الالتزام باستخدام التقنيات الحديثة يخفض التكاليف في المصنع ، يجب علي المصنع الالتزام بالترتيب الداخلي للحد من اصابات العمل يحتاج المصنع الي نظام رقابي فعال عند الترتيب وفقا للعمليات ، سوء الترتيب الداخلي للمصنع يؤثر سلبا في كفاءة العملية الانتاجية.
Abstract:
The research dealt with the internal order of the factory and its impact on the efficiency of the production process. The problem of research is whether the internal arrangement of the plant in accordance with the product affects the productivity efficiency. Does the internal arrangement of the factory affect the cost of the production process? The objective of the research is to study the effect of the internal arrangement of the factory on the efficiency of the production process and to clarify the reality of the internal arrangement in textile factories. The research also examined the following hypotheses: There is a statistically significant relation between the factory's internal order and the cost of the production process. There is a statistically significant relationship between the internal order of the plant according to the product and the
increase in production efficiency.
And the research reached a number of results, the most important of which is the internal arrangement according to the product to raise the efficiency of the production line, the factory depends on the continuous production in the internal order according to the product, the use of the modern technology reduces the cost.
The research came out with a number of recommendations, the most important of which is to take into account the internal arrangement of the factories to ensure the raising of the production efficiency of the continuous production and the speed of completion of the work, the poor internal arrangement of the factory adversely affect the performance of the factory.
