المناشط التربوية ودورها في التحصيل الدراسي لتلاميذ مرحلة الأساس دراسة حالة (قطاع جنوب شندي)

Abstract

خلاصة الدراسة تهدف هذه الدراسة بتوضيح دور المناشط التربوية في التحصيل الدراسي لتلاميذ مرحلة الأساس ، وللوقوف على المعوقات والمشاكل التي تواجه المناشط التربوية في التحصيل الدراسي . اختارت الباحثة عينة عشوائية من معلمي مرحلة الأساس (قطاع جنوب شندي) لتحقيق فروض الدراسة واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمناسبته لمثل هذا النوع من الدراسات . واعتمدت الباحثة على الإستبانه كأداة لجمع المعلومات من عينة الدراسة واشتملت الإستبانه على خمسين عبارة وقسمت إلى خمسة محاور ، وعولجت الإجابات إحصائياً برنامج S.P.SS . أهم النتائج :- 1 - المناشط التربوية تؤثر إيجابياً على التحصيل الدراسي . 2- المناشط التربوية تكسب التلميذ مهارات كثيرة من ضمنها التفكير الإيجابي . 3- تسهم المناشط التربوية في ملاحظة وتقويم سلوك التلميذ . 4- تسهم المناشط التربوية في كشف الموهوبين وتنمية ميولهم . 5- قلة المعلمين بالمدارس وإهتمامهم بإكمال المقررات . أهم التوصيات :- 1 - الإهتمام بمواهب التلاميذ وتنميتها . 2 - تهيئة البيئة المدرسية لممارسة المناشط التربوية . 3- توزيع مشرفين للنشاط على المدارس . 4- وضع منهج ودليل للنشاط وتوزيعه على المدارس . 5- وضع حوافز للتلاميذ الموهوبين .

Abstract The study deals with the role of the educational activities in the achievement of the pupils and the basic schools . This study aims at the problems and the difficulties that face the educational activities and how this participate in the process of the achievement. The researcher chooses random specimen from the basic school teachers from the southern sector of Shendi municipality in order to ful fil the hypotheses .The descriptive analytic method is used in this study as it is appropriate for such studies . The researcher depends on the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data from the specimen of the study . The questionnaire consists of fifty statements and it is divided into five stages. The answers are processed statistically by the computer through the S.P.SS program . The researcher comes out with the following results: 1-The educecational activities The activities share in discovering the talents and develop their skills. 2-Affect the achievement positively. 3-The educational activities give the pupils some skills of which is the positive thinking. 4-The activities helps in observing and evaluating the pupils . 5-The small number of teachers and their efforts in completing the curriculum is a problem that influence the educational activities .
