أثر سياسات الشراء والتخزين على إنتاجية وربحية منظمات الأعمال (دراسة حالة: شركة مصنع عطبرة للغلال و شركة مصنع أسمنت عطبرة وشركة الراجحي بربر)

Abstract

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة موضوع أثر سياسات الشراء والتخزين على إنتاجية وربحية منظمات الأعمال. حيث تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في أن هناك قصور في تطبيق سياسات الشراء والتخزين بالصورة السليمة في المنشآت الصناعية مما يؤثر على إنتاجية وربحية هذه المنشآت، وكذلك يؤثر سلباً على عمل إدارة المشتريات والمخازن وعلي مستوى المنظمة ككل. هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم المفاهيم المرتبطة بوظيفتي الشراء والتخزين، ودراسة أثر إدارة المشتريات والمخازن على ربحية وإنتاجية منظمات الأعمال. افترضت الدراسة عدد من الفرضيات منها توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين سياسة الجودة المناسبة وزيادة الربحية،هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين سياسة السعر المناسب وزيادة الربحية، هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الشراء في الوقت المناسب وزيادة الإنتاجية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باعتباره المنهج المناسب لهذا البحث حيث أن المنهج الوصفي يصف الظاهرة وصفاً ولا يتدخل الباحث فيها.كما سيتم تحليل البيانات التي سوف يتم جمعها بواسطة برنامج التحليل الإحصائي(SPSS) وصولا للأهداف المنشودة. كما يستخدم المنهج التاريخي الوثائقي لتوضيح وتوصيف الحقائق المبنية على الأحداث الماضي ومقارنتها بالحاضر. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين سياسات الجودة المناسبة وزيادة الربحية. ولأنه عادة ما يتم ربط الجودة بتحقيق البيع وتحقيق الأرباح لأن المشتري يقوم دائماً بالبحث عن أعلى جودة. -إدارة الشراء بالشركات محل الدراسة تتنبأ بالأسعار لتحقيق زيادة في الأرباح. - تستخدم إدارة الشراء والتخزين بالشركات محل الدراسة سياسات الكمية المناسبة، وذلك لكي تساعد في زيادة الربحية. - تعاني الشركات محل الدراسة عجز في المخزون وذلك بسبب التأخير في التسليم. أوصت الدراسة بالعديد من التوصيات أهمها: - يجب على إدارة الشراء والتخزين في الشركات العمل على سياسة الجودة المناسبة وذلك لزيادة مبيعاتها وبالتالي زيادة الربحية. - يجب على إدارة الشراء أن تحصل على المدخلات بأقل الأسعار وذلك لأنها تقلل من التكاليف وبالتالي تزيد من الربحية. - لابد من دراسة وحل المشاكل الناتجة عن التخزين من قبل إدارة المخازن وذلك لتجنب الخسائر الناتجة عنها. - يجب على إدارة الشراء والتخزين بالشركات الاهتمام بتوفير المواد بالكمية المناسبة وذلك لتفادي عملية العجز في المخزون.

Abstract The study dealt with the impact of purchasing and storage policies on the productivity and profitability of business organizations. The problem of the study was that there is a shortage in the application of the policies of procurement and storage properly in industrial establishments, which affects the productivity and profitability of these establishments. As well as negatively affect the work of the Department of Procurement and stores and at the level of the Organization as a whole. The study aimed to identify the most important concepts related to purchasing and storage functions, study the impact of purchasing management and stores on the profitability and productivity of business organizations. The study hypothesized a number of hypotheses, including a statistically significant relationship between the policy of the appropriate quality and the increase in profitability. There is a statistically significant relation between the policy of the right price and the increase in profitability. There is a statistically significant relationship between buying in time and increasing productivity. The study is based on the analytical descriptive approach as the appropriate method for this research, since the descriptive approach describes the phenomenon and does not interfere with the researcher. Data collected by the will be analyzed to reach the desired targets. The historical documentary approach is used to clarify and characterize facts based on past events and compare them with the present. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: - There is a statistically significant relationship between appropriate quality policies and increased profitability. Because quality is usually associated with sales and profits because the buyer is always looking for the highest quality. - Purchasing management of the companies under study predict prices to achieve an increase profits. - The purchasing and storage department of the companies under study uses appropriate quantitative policies to help increase profitability. - Companies under study suffer from a shortage in stock due to delay in delivery. The study recommended several recommendations: - Procurement and storage management in companies should work on the appropriate quality policy to increase their sales and thus increase profitability. - Purchasing department must obtain inputs at the lowest prices because they reduce costs and thus increase profitability. - The problems resulting from storage should be studied and solved by the Department of Warehouses in order to avoid the resulting losses. - Procurement and storage management should pay attention to the provision of materials in the appropriate quantity in order to avoid inventory deficit
